REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns (less shipping) or exchanges (less shipping) within 30 days of shipping your order (see clarifications below). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted items may not be labeled as such.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in unopened, original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Used, open, or worn items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable except unless explicitly written otherwise.
- Electronics may not be returned except in the case of damaged or non-working item, in which case they may only be exchanged or repaired.
- Shipping, Duties & Taxes collected outside of Team Solid LLC, and/or transaction fees are not included in refund.
- Approved returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
HOW TO FILE A RETURN/EXCHANGE CLAIM
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please go to Returns/Exchanges on our website and fill out the form.
- After completing the form, your return has been successfully submitted!
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 385-777-1534. We offer cancellations (less transaction fee) on orders that have not shipped.
Please note the following exceptions to our cancellation policy:
- Orders that have shipped are not eligible for our cancellation policy and must be returned. Please reference our returns & exchanges policy above.
- Custom orders (e.g. custom engraved items, specialty-built items) are final and cannot be canceled once in production.
- Transaction fees are not included in the refund.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Lost or Damaged Product, and/or Missing Contents MUST be handled via our website and email. SEE ABOVE
- After we’ve received your product back, it may take up to 7 business days to process a refund, exchange, or store credit. Missing-item claims are generally resolved within one business day.
- You (the customer) are responsible for shipping charges incurred to Team Solid LLC. If you choose an exchange, you (the customer) are responsible for shipping charges from Team Solid LLC in addition to the return freight.
- Lost, Incorrect or Missing Item replacements will be shipped (ground) at no charge to you (the customer). Expedited shipping options are available and subject to additional fees.
- Opened but unused items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, within 7 days of receiving your order. Open-item returns, if approved, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
